This is a 3 shot HDR composite of a part of The Narrows in Zion N.P. Bill and I walked into the Narrows about 4 miles, then of course we had to walk back out. It was a great hike, but was at times slow going when you wre in the river on the slippery stones. We rented walking sticks, and without them we wouldn't have made it that far, they are (in my opinion) a must have piece of equipment in the Narrows.
It was a glorious day, the weather was wonderful, and although very tired by the time we were done, it was worth it for both of us.
Indeed as Ken Burns said in his documentary of 2009, "America's best idea: National Parks."
Have a glorious day my friends.
