Bee County Courthouse ~ by Linda

A quick note: One of our family members got ill and couldn’t come to spend the weekend with us, so we decided to go to Bastrop, TX for Bill to work on the Bonneville Salt Flats race car. I had the weekend to myself while Bill was working. I spent Saturday with my granddaughter in Brenham, TX, then I had the pleasure to spend Sunday with our good friend Bill Boyd at WFC. Photos to come. Also, we lost power early this morning, so my post is a bit late. 😊
This photo is of the County Courthouse in Bee County, Texas. The county seat is in Beeville, Texas. In 1879 a new courthouse in Bee County was built, a stone courthouse replaced it in 1912. The current courthouse is in the Beaux Arts style.
