I was searching for a “suitable” Halloween post and since we really don’t do much but hand out candy on Halloween, I was at a loss to find a good post for today. So, I began to think about what photos I had in the portfolio that might represent costumes. And, I thought that some of the exhibits in the World of Wearable Art (WOW) exhibit would fit the bill. Here is another of the WOW winners on display at the Fine Arts Center on the grounds of Colorado College in Colorado Springs. Thanks goes to Judy Horton for inviting us to lunch there so we could see this amazing exhibit. I couldn’t find very much about this particular WOW entry online other than it is called “Lunanoia” and the artist is Jane Ewers. Maybe Judy can help fill in the details. Nevertheless, I do recall this being one of my favorites, and that it was made with a lot of fiber optic cable. I hope you enjoy this costume.
