I’m imagining that this building started life as an old feed mill. Based on the many signs on the backside of the building it’s had a number of uses over the years. The feed mill and store were the original usage of the building. Then, sometime later it became a hardware store. Today, it serves as a specialty roasting and blending of coffee beans in the 100-year-old feed mill; and has a specialty coffee place that also serves breakfast, sodas and ice cream. The wonderful old building is still serving customers in a new capacity. It is located in Clayton, New Mexico. Clayton lies on the Old Santa Fe Trail. For many years Clayton has been visited by Dinosaurs, Indian Tribes, Cowboys, Outlaws and many others traveling through the old west.
