This is one of the shots I took from (and through the windshield of) the helicopter tour we did around Canyonlands and Arches, National Parks near Moab, Utah. This is a shot of some of the marvelous landscape on the edge of Canyonlands. The helicopters must stay to the perimeters of the parks, as they aren’t allowed to fly into the heart of the parks. Nevertheless, it is a great trip and highly recommended. It gives you such an different view of this amazing national treasures.
I am leaving tomorrow to fly to Denver with my Granddaughter to be with her during a tour of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she has been accepted into the law program. She wants to tour the campus and decide if that is where she thinks she wants to go to school for the next two years. She has been accepted here and to a few more law schools, but this is her first choice. She will graduate from Texas A&M in May, 2023. We will tour the campus of course, but we will also make a whirlwind tour of the city and surrounding areas so that she can get a feel for Denver, and more importantly the school. I will not be posting or commenting for a few days. I hope to post again beginning on Monday, February 6th, but depending how much the 24-year-old Ashlee wears out her old Grandma we will see – I may take one more day off to catch my breath. LOL. 😊
